The Advance Group has partnered with a Food Manufacturing Company in New Boston, MI. We are currently looking for multiple candidates with prior Janitorial experience!

Industrial Cleaner responsibilities include:

• Dismantle and reassemble complex machinery and have the ability to identify mechanical problems.
• Use Power washers and floor scrubbing machines to clean work areas.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize job assignments with little to no supervision.

Industrial Cleaner qualifications include:

• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Ability to work in various climates
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment

Hours for Industrial Cleaners:

• Second Shift: 12pm-8pm
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule

Compensation for Industrial Cleaners:

• $15hr
• $2hr weekly attendance bonus!
