Now Hiring: Hydraulic Repair Technician Get Paid to Tinker & Troubleshoot!
Pay: $20–$30+/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (OT as needed)
Location: Perrysburg, OH

The Advance Group is hiring a Hydraulic Repair Technician for a top-tier industrial repair company in Perrysburg. You’ll get tools, training, and a path to grow — no parts-swapping here, just real diagnostics and repair!
What You’ll Do As A Hydraulic Repair Technician:
• Tear down, troubleshoot, and rebuild hydraulic components
• Use basic hand tools (we provide them — or bring your own)
• Navigate a tablet to follow checklists, view instructions, and log repairs
• Test repaired equipment and validate it in the lab
• Lift up to 60 lbs. and use assist equipment as needed
• Keep your workspace clean and professional
Requirements - What You Need To Bring To Be A Successful Hydraulic Technician:
• Strong mechanical aptitude — auto, farm equipment, or vocational background preferred
• Comfortable with hand tools and basic mechanical repairs
• Can lift/move up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet
• Able to use tablets for checklists, instructions, and job tracking
• Reads and follows safety rules and procedures
• Uses both standard and metric measurements
• Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
• Hydraulic, motor, pump, or valve knowledge a plus
• Forklift experience a bonus (we’ll train if needed)
• Longevity in previous positions
