Seeking an experience HR Generalist for a Direct Hire Opportunity in Monroe!
The Advance Group is working with a manufacturing company in Monroe, MI and they are in need of an experienced HR Generalist for a Direct Hire opportunity!
Job Duties for this HR Generalist position:

Interpret and explain human resources policies, federal and applicable state laws, standards, and regulations.
Process bi-weekly payroll.
Maintain current knowledge of Equal Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Monitor and reconcile monthly benefits invoices from TPA’s for accuracy and payment submission to finance department.
Maintain employee job descriptions and essential functions ensuring periodic review by employees and managers with updated signatures on file.

Requirements for HR Generalists:

Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources or HR Designation and at least 3 years’ experience OR Associates Degree with 6 years related experience.
Flexibility for travel as necessary.

Compensation for this HR Generalist position:

Yearly salary of $40-55k, based on a 40 hour work week
