Potential for paid apprenticeship programs and advancement with the railroad after hire!

The Advance Group is hiring! We are looking for candidates available for first shift for immediate openings in Toledo preparing rail cars for shipment.

Pay for the General Labor position:

$16/hr

Shift for the General Labor position:

Typically work 5 days/week starting at 6am
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends (with days off during the week)

Job requirements for General Labor position:

Be willing to work outside year round
Must have good attention to detail
Must not be afraid of heights (rail cars are double decker cars)
Must have excellent attendance
Flexible schedule
Motivated to learn
