General Labor (1st Shift) – $18/hr | 3-Day Weekends | Forklift Experience Required | Toledo, OH

The Advance Group is hiring General Laborers in Toledo, OH for a growing manufacturing facility. If you have forklift experience and enjoy staying active throughout your shift, this could be a great fit.

Pay:

• $18/hour starting pay

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime on Fridays as needed

General Labor Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut wood to proper length using saws
• Use staple guns, nail guns, and hand tools to build pallets
• Stack and band finished products onto pallets
• Inspect packaging for defects and label finished goods
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and store pallets
• Assist on the production line as needed
• Maintain a steady pace, building 80–90 pallets per shift

General Labor Requirements:

• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout a 10-hour shift
• Experience using hand tools and reading a ruler/tape measure
• Strong work ethic and excellent attendance
• Team-oriented with a dependable attitude
