The Advance Group has an excellent opportunity for Production Workers in Taylor! This is a steel processing company that provides pickling, slitting, and blanking service to the flat rolled steel market.

Job Duties for Production Workers:

• Banding and cutting steel coils
• Train on Slitting and Pickling lines
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications for Production Workers:

• Willing to train in all departments
• Ability to multitask and work well in a physical environment
• Should be able to pass background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical

Hours for Production Workers:

• 2nd Shift- 3pm-11pm
• Must be available to train on 1st shift- 7am-3pm for the first three months.
• Must be available for daily overtime and overtime on the weekends.

Compensation for Production Workers:

• $17.50/hr.
• Once hired in, benefit plan includes: company paid health and dental insurance, 401k after 1 year, paid vacation and holidays monthly and quarterly bonus programs!!
