Pay & Compensation:
•   Competitive Pay – Starting at $15/hr+
•   Shift Premiums & Performance Incentives available with some clients
•   Opportunities for Overtime & Weekly Attendance Bonuses

Requirements and Responsibilities:
•   Assemble parts and components with attention to detail
•   Package and prepare products for shipment, including labeling and inspection
•   Lift, bend, and move materials up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
•   Maintain a clean and organized work area
•   Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
•   Operate tools and perform basic measurements accurately
•   Follow all safety protocols and procedures
•   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
•   Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler (for certain roles)
•   Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required—entry-level candidates are welcome!
