The Advance Group has partnered with a manufacturing company in New Boston, MI who specializes in manufacturing fiberglass boat parts. We have an immediate opening for a full time General Laborer.

Job Duties for this General Labor position include:

• Using hand tools to sand, shape and buffer fiberglass materials
• Keep up with production goals while maintaining quality
• Perform other General Labor duties as assigned

Requirements for General Labor workers:

• Prior General Labor experience
• Ability to handle physical work
• Prior experience using hand tools

Hours for General Laborers:

• Monday-Friday on 1st shift from 7am-4:30pm
• 1st day is 8am start

Compensation for General Laborers:

• $15.00 per hour.
