The Advance Group is currently seeking a 1st shift Assembler for a steel tube and bar facility located in Holland, OH. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a production or general labor environment.

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Assemble bearing and attachments onto steel pipes
• Read a ruler and perform minor mathematical calculations
• Bend and lift steel tubing repetitively and quickly
• Load and unload steel tubes on production lines
• Perform quality inspections

Compensation for the Assembler:

• $17-18/hr depending on experience

Hours for the Assembler:

• Hours are Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm
• Must be able to come in at 5am on ocassion if overtime is required
• Overtime on Saturdays if needed

Requirements of the Assembler:

• Previous Production or General Labor experience
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Ability to read a ruler and have basic math skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable standing all day and working in hot, loud environments
• Experience with micrometers and calipers is preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and extensive background check
