The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio. Forklift position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials along with some warehouse duties as assigned.

Duties for the Forklift Operator:

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift
• Load/unload materials
• Picking
• Material Handling
• Warehouse and Shipping duties

Qualifications for the Forklift Operator:

• Must have minimum 6 months forklift experience
• Must have a valid driver license
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment
• Excellent attendance
• Willing to work in various departments
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionaly
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required

Shift for the Forklift Operator:

• 2nd shift 6pm-6am (with paid lunch)
  • Rotating schedule means you’ll get a 3 day weekend, every other weekend PLUS day(s) off during the week

Pay for the Forklift Operator:

• $15.75/hour + 10% shift differential
