The Advance Group is proudly partnering with a leading global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio. This highly-esteemed and growing company is seeking skilled forklift drivers to join their team. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in safe and efficient movement of materials, along with additional warehouse responsibilities as assigned.

Duties for the Forklift Operator:

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift
• Load/unload materials
• Picking
• Material Handling
• Packaging, inspecting, and banding modules by hand
• Warehouse and Shipping duties

Qualifications for the Forklift Operator:

• Must have minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience
• Must have a valid driver license
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment
• Excellent attendance
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
• Willing to work in various departments
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required

Shift for the Forklift Operator:

• Night shift: 6pm-6:10am (with paid lunch) 3-4 days/week

• Rotating schedule means you’ll get a 3 day weekend, every other weekend PLUS day(s) off during the week

Pay for the Forklift Operator:

• $19.80/hour (includes 10% shift differential)
