Currently looking for individuals with experience with saws, drill presses, micrometers/calipers, and/or a construction background to fill a temporary position with a company in Monroe, MI. Interested candidates should have 1 year of previous construction or saw and drill press experience.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity!!

Responsibilities of the Fabricator Operator:

• Fabricate parts, cut parts to size using saws, drill presses, etc
• Grind and/or deburr parts.
• Drill and/or counter-bore on drill press.
• Monitor quality of the product and document nonconformances.
• Complete necessary paperwork

Requirements of the Fabricator Operator:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum 1 year of recent previous construction, fabrication, manufacturing experience
• Basic math skills, including a general understanding of fractions and decimals
• Must know how to use tape measures, micrometers, and calipers
• Must be comfortable with using hand tools , saws, drill presses, etc
• Must be able to stand at length, walk, crouch, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
• MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED

Hours for Fabricator Operator:

• First Shift- 7:15am-3:30pm
• Must be available to move to 2nd shift once trained

Compensation and Benefits for the Fabricator Operator:

• Salary: $20.30
• Low-cost Health Insurance upon hire
