The Advance Group has a Direct Hire position available with a Paint Store in Holland, OH who is seeking a delivery driver and store associate.

Responsibilities of the Driver position:

Drive a high-rise Transit van to deliver commercial and contractor paint orders.
Load/unload paint buckets weighing 75-80lbs.
Operate a forklift on occasion to move and load pallets.
Communicate professionally with customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
Assist at the store with a variety of duties including unloading shipments, stocking, mixing paint, and assisting customers at the front counter.
Potential to grow into other positions over time!

Compensation for the Driver Position:

$18-20/hr

Hours for the Driver Position:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Must be flexible to start at 8am and stay as late as 5:30pm
Must be willing to work overtime if needed

Requirements for Driver candidates:

Valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 75-80lbs on a regular basis
Forklift experience is a plus, but we will train you!
Team player, someone eager to contribute and help out wherever is needed
Professional and personable
Excellent Customer Service skills
Comfortable with the smell of paint
Experience in construction or working in a hardware store is preferred
Motivated to achieve the highest customer satisfaction
