The Advance Group is hiring an experienced 1st Shift Die Cutter Operator for a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Woodhaven, MI. This company manufactures lightweight adhesive products, masking materials, and protective components used in the automotive industry.

Die Cutter Operator Responsibilities
As a Die Cutter Operator, you will:
- Operate precision die cutting machines to cut PVC tape, foam, paper, and other adhesive materials into customer specifications.
- Manufacture masking and protective products used during the automotive paint process.
- Set up, operate, and monitor die cutting equipment for safe and efficient production.
- Adjust kiss-cut (half-cut) settings to ensure product quality.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from production equipment.
- Perform quality inspections to verify dimensions and product specifications.
- Maintain accurate production standards while meeting quality expectations.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous experience operating die cutting machines in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience processing PVC tape or similar adhesive materials.
- Familiarity with kiss-cut (half-cut) adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
