The Advance Group has partnered with a company in Romulus, MI that specializes in Industrial Maintenance and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager. This position will work closely with the other managers in the office to achieve yearly sales goals and satisfy customer requirements.
Customer Service Manager Requirements include:
- Preparing quotes for repair work and product sales that fulfill customer requirements
- Enter job information into the Master Computer System, answer incoming calls, send email updates to customers and provide support to field sales professionals
- Become fluent in Electrical, Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical jargon to prepare accurate job quotes
- Build working relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships
- Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with a wide array of customers
- Ability to perform detailed maintenance reports
Customer Service Manager Qualifications include:
- Proficient in Microsoft products as well as Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient in listening to customer requirements and then providing detailed technical descriptions
- Experience in industrial repair and Maintenance
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a professional manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
