The Advance Group is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a plastics facility located in Waterville, OH (14 miles from Toledo, 8 miles from Maumee, 20 miles from Oregon). The ideal candidate will possess previous manufacturing experience and superb math skills. 

Compensation for the Inside Sales candidate:

• $20-22/hr depending on experience
• Healthcare/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability available immediately after hire
• Profit sharing
• 401k & matching available after hire

Hours for the Inside Sales candidate:

• Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Requirements of the Inside Sales candidate:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Good with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Excellent math skills
• Must be able to reach a rule and calculate fractions
• Good Communication skills
• Highly organized and confident in prioritizing tasks
• Friendly, team oriented

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales position:

• Prepare and provide customers with quotes
• Calculate prices based on product size, convert feet to inches, and inches to millimeters
• Processing orders
• Review and respond to e-mail and telephone inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist customer with establishing credit terms
• Work side by side with Production to schedule new job orders
• Read blueprints to determine appropriate materials needed for each job
