The Advance Group has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Agent in Taylor! This is a steel processing company that provides pickling, slitting, and blanking service to the flat rolled steel market.
Job Duties for Customer Service Agent:
- Communicate with Customers via phone and email to receive and process order specifications.
- Schedule orders with multiple departments in the processing operation.
- Communicate any quality issues with customers and ensure 100% on time delivery.
Requirements for Customer Service Agent:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Prior Accountment Management experience in an industrial setting.
- College level education is preferred
Hours for Customer Service Agent:
- Monday- Friday- 8:00am-5:00pm
- Occasionally after hours work may be required
Compensation for Customer Service Agent:
- Up to $25hr depending on experience level.
