The Advance Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in the Toledo area that specializes in creating custom printed glassware and promotional products. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, process orders, coordinate projects, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative Position:
Provide exceptional customer service by phone and email.
Enter and update customer orders while ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, artwork, shipping information, and special instructions.
Assist customers with order status, product information, pricing, revisions and general inquiries.
Coordinate new customer setup and maintain accurate customer records.
Track samples, artwork proofs, approvals, and time-sensitive orders to help keep projects moving.
Communicate with production, purchasing, shipping, and other internal departments to ensure customer orders stay on schedule.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications, order updates, and follow-up activities.
Provide administrative support and assist with additional office projects as needed.
Occasionally visit the warehouse or production floor to verify product status or customer timelines.
Requirements for Customer Service Representative Candidates:
At least 2 years of office experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, order entry, inside sales support, or a related office environment.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional phone and email etiquette.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable communicating with customers and multiple internal departments.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
