Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Process parts orders for both customers and field service technicians
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide knowledgeable support on product offerings and services
- Utilize company-specific software for order entry and customer information
- Greet and assist customers in person
- Deescalate and resolve customer concerns or issues
- Receive and inventory parts
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers, knowledge of Microsoft, and ability to learn company specific software
- Solid work history and relevant customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED
Schedule for Customer Service Representative:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation for Customer Service Representative:
- $18-20/hr depending on experience
