The Advance Group is currently seeking a first shift Customer Service candidate for an aviation manufacturer located in Swanton, OH.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service candidate:
Compensation for the Customer Service candidate:
- Responsibly handle each customer scenario with calls and emails regarding orders and shipments.
- Data entry duties including: updating customer files, inputting orders, submitting invoices, processing quotes
- Performing basic mathematical calculations to for sales quotes
- Updating customers on shipments and supplying tracking information
- Keep up with product/service information and company/industry updates
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
Hours for the Customer Service candidate:
- Salary: $20-25/hour depending on experience
Requirements of the Customer Service candidate:
- Hours are Monday – Friday, flexible 8hrs shifts between 7am-6pm
- Ability to work from home 1 day per week once fully trained
Benefits for the Customer Service candidate:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior Customer Service or Sales experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 20lbs infrequently
- Occasionally walk into the manufacturing area where the noise level is louder
- Three weeks PTO to start
