The Advance Group is currently looking to fill a Customer Service/Account Manager position located in Sylvania, OH. Interested candidates must have previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Monitor and respond to tickets for orders or product issues within a timely manner
  • Work closely with logistical personnel to assure delivery of product
  • Prepare work orders
  • Contact customers via phone and email

Hours for Customer Service Representative:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (option to pick up overtime once hired)

Compensation for the Customer Service Representative:

  • $17/hr, bonuses available once hired in!
  • Eligible for hire on after 520 hours

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have prior customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills and web-based software skills
  • Solid communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check
