The Advance Group has partnered with a North Toledo automotive assembly plant with 2nd shift openings!

Compensation for the Assembly position:

• Pay rate is $16.10/hr
• Weekly attendance incentive available!
• Overtime opportunity

Shift for Assembly position:

• Second Shift is Monday- Saturday 4:30pm-until the job is finished, usually around 2:30am (overtime as required)
• Some Sundays if needed

Responsibilities of the Assembly position:

• Sequencing and light assembly of automotive parts
• Lifting up to 20 pounds repetitively 
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must have good hand/eye coordination

Requirements of the Assembly position:

• Experience working in an Assembly or Production line environment
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Must be able work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have good eye-hand coordination
• Needs to have good hand dexterity to use hand tools that assemble small parts
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Adaptability, willing to move to new areas when needed
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds consistently
• Must have high school diploma or GED
