The Advance Group is seeking an Assembly Worker to join a manufacturing company in Sylvania, OH.
Responsibilities of the Assembly Worker:
  • Pin a variety of locks, including door locks, padlocks, electrical panel cage locks, and retail display case locks
  • Cut keys with accuracy
  • Assist with small assembly tasks as needed
Hours for the Assembly Worker:
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (overtime opportunities available)
  • Flexible start/end times may be possible
Compensation for the Assembly Worker:
  • $15/hr
  • Eligible for hire after 520 hours
Requirements of the Assembly Worker:
  • Previous assembly experience is a plus
  • Strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, and patience
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Comfortable with repetitive, detailed, and stationary work
  • High School Diploma or GED
