Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Assembly Associate
Pay: $18/hr.
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10 PM–6:30 AM
(Overtime starts at 8 PM + 2 Saturdays/month & occasional Sundays)
Location: Metamora, OH
Work with high-quality parts, make an impact, and grow with a top-tier manufacturer! The Advance Group is hiring a 3rd Shift Assembly Associate for a growing filter production company in Metamora. If you’ve got manufacturing experience and an eye for detail, this opportunity is built for you.
What You’ll Do As An Assembly Associate:
• Assemble filters and components (seams, O-rings, end caps, epoxy, holding clips)
• Read diagrams, work orders, and charts to complete accurate builds
• Perform quality checks using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Package finished products and complete documentation
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Operate light machinery and support your team
Requirements To Be A Successful Assembly Associate:
• 1–3 years tenure at prior manufacturing positions
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfortable standing the entire shift and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• US Citizenship required
• Excellent attendance
• Basic math and diagram reading skills
