  • Entering and formatting data
  • Using basic formulas/calculations
  • Searching, copying/pasting, and organizing spreadsheets
  • Adding headers/footers when needed
Communication & Professional Interaction
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with corporate staff, customers, and regional offices.
  • Provide support to the department team with accuracy-focused administrative tasks.

  • High level of dependability and a commitment to long-term employment.
  • Data entry/keyboarding proficiency with strong numeric keypad speed.
  • Ability to quickly identify errors and compare information across screens.
  • Comfort with basic accounting/math concepts:
  • Percentages
  • Revenue splits
  • Multi-step “story problem” style calculations
  • Intermediate Excel skills (not a beginner; not advanced/pivot table level).
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus on repetitive or detail-heavy tasks.
  • Professional and polished demeanor suitable for a corporate environment.
    Work Environment
  • Corporate office setting (no warehouse environment).

  • Team with long-tenured employees and strong departmental stability.
