What You’ll Do As A Sales Associate:
  • Greet customers and deliver top-notch service
  • Use POS & software to handle sales
  • Hit sales goals and share product knowledge
  • Work with a friendly, supportive team
Requirements – What You Need To Have To Be A Successful Sales Associate:
  • Great communication & customer service skills
  • Retail or sales experience (furniture a plus)
  • Computer savvy & flexible schedule
The Schedule And Pay Of The Sales Associate:
  • 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday 9 am – 6 pm or 10 am – 7 pm with 1 day off during the week, with 1 full weekend per month.
  • $20/hr training pay, then 100% commission after training with unlimited earning potential
  • Temp-to-hire with real growth chances
