The Advance Group is currently looking to fill an Accounting Clerk position with a manufacturing company located in Sylvania, OH. Interested candidates need excellent computer skills and eagerness to learn more about Accounting.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:

Handle invoicing and data entry
Assist in daily Accounts Receivable and billing functions
Help with collections from outstanding invoices
Work side by side with the Accounting team on various projects and duties
Entry of both AR and AP invoices
Communicate directly with customers and suppliers via phone and email

Hours for the Accounting Clerk:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (option to pick up overtime on ocassion)

Compensation for the Accounting Clerk:

$17/hr to start, $18/hr once hired in
Eligible for hire after 520 hours

Requirements of the Accounting Clerk:

Must have exceptional computer skills
Proficient with data entry and web-based software skills
Solid communication skills
Detail oriented
Work well in a team environment
High School Diploma/GED
