The Advance Group is currently seeking an Accounting/HR Clerk for a warehousing company in Perrysburg, OH. The ideal candidate will have Accounts Receivable/Payable and QuickBooks experience.
Compensation for the Accounting/HR Clerk candidate:
- $23-26/hr depending on experience
Hours for the Accounting/HR Clerk candidate:
- Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
Requirements of the Accounting/HR Clerk candidate:
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Programs
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience
- Ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- Payroll and timekeeping experience
- Attention to Detail
- Good organization and communication skills
Requirements of the Accounting/HR Clerk position:
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording Accounts Payable data
- Tracking payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statement
- Handling payroll and submitting time sheets
- Maintaining historical records, A/P files, and current vendor information
- Handling HR functions including benefits and employee sensitive information
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, yearly, and project specific internal and external reporting and reconciliations
- Working with suppliers and coworkers professionally and courteously to resolves specific transaction issues
- Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as requested
- Various office duties including opening the office each day, sorting through mail, responding to email inquiries
