The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio who just opened it's 4th location in the area and has a need for General Laborers. Laborers are responsible for breaking down wooden crates and pallets using hand tools.

Duties for the General Labor positions:

• Breaking down wooden crates using drills, hammers, and other hand tools
• Manually disassembling end caps off of the crates with their hands
• Stacking wood into organized stacks
• Safely moving materials and broken glass if needed
• Notifying supervisor of any defects or safety hazards

Requirements for the General Labor position:

• Must have previous general labor or hand tool experience
• Excellent attendance
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
• Ability to work well in a small team
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to stand, bend, and do repetitive lifting
• Safety first mindset

Shift for the General Labor position:

• Night Shift: 6pm-6:10am
• Will be working a rotating scheduling where you will work every other weekend

• Voluntary overtime on weekends on ocassion

Pay for the General Labor position:

• $17.33/hr
