The Advance Group has partnered with a Toledo company looking for a highly motivated and dedicated General Laborer to join their team. In this role, you will be cleaning metal parts using a brush.
Job duties for General Labor position:
- Use a brush to clean metal parts
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Assemble boxes and package parts
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Inspect welds and bolts for quality
- May operate press machines or spot welding machines if needed
Requirements for General Labor position:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Machine Operating experience is preferred
- Ability to use hand tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand all day
- Comfortable performing repetitive and tedious tasks
Pay for General Labor position:
Hours:
- Mon-Thurs 7am-4:30pm
- Overtime on Fridays if needed
