Job Description

We have what you are looking for! Light assembly positions available on all three shifts with benefits available day 1 after hire.

The Advance Group has partnered with a Toledo, OH facility in need of second shift assembly candidates.

Responsibilities for the Assembly Positions:

Assemble small automotive engine components by hand
Operate machines to screw or drill out parts
Assists with machine setup and troubleshooting
Visually inspect parts for quality defects
Package finished product and print shipping labels
Deburr and smooth out edges
Lifting/Stacking 20 lb boxes for shipping
Maintain a clean work area, cleaning and sweeping when necessary

Compensation for the Assembly Positions:

Starting pay is $16/hour

Hours for the Assembly Positions:

The hours are Monday-Thursday 12pm-10:30pm, Friday 12pm-8:30pm
Occasional weekends if necessary

Qualified Assembly candidates will have:

Good hand-eye coordination
Great attention to detail
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to train on machines
Good computer skills
