Quality Control Lab Technician pay rate starting at $20/hr | Opportunity to Grow | Stable & Supportive Team Environment
Are you eager to put your attention to detail and hard work to use in a rewarding lab career? We’re looking for a motivated Quality Control Lab Technician to join our Toledo, OH team and play a key role in maintaining product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Lab Tech:

• Analyze raw materials and finished products following quality specifications
• Perform visual inspections and lab tests using professional equipment (balances, pH meter, FTIR, HPLC, viscometer, etc.)
• Learn and operate laboratory test equipment with accuracy
• Document test results, maintain clear records, and communicate findings to the Quality and Production teams
• Approve conforming products for production and identify non-conforming items for further review
• Work with batching, quality, and production team members in a supportive, climate-controlled lab environment

• Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

• $20/hr

• At least 1 year of lab experience preferred (Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Quality, or related field preferred)
• Strong math skills and comfort with data and measurements
• Ability to learn and use new lab test equipment
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Good computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
• Team player who’s dependable and eager to grow
• High School Diploma/GED
