The Advance Group has partnered with a steel processing company that provides pickling, slitting, and blanking service to the flat rolled steel market. They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker!

Job Duties for Maintenance position would include:

• Overall Mechanical upkeep of 2 production lines, overhead cranes and auxiliary equipment including the entire building and grounds.

• Hydraulic, light electrical, and compressed air system knowledge recommended but can be trained.
• Welding and fabrication skills recommended as well.
• Weekend work a requirement during normal business levels to perform preventive maintenance and project work.
• UAW shop; seniority determines work schedule, contract determines pay terms.

• $18.65hr
• Pay increase and great benefits once hired!

• Train on 1st shift- 7:00am-3:30pm
• Once trained move to 2^nd shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm or 3^rd shift- 11pm-7am
• Overtime will be available
