Now Hiring: CNC Machinist | $20–$30/hr | 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm        | Overtime Available
Put your CNC skills to work running lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines building precision aerospace parts from stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum.
What You’ll Do As A CNC Machinist:
  • Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precision parts from blueprints, sketches, or specs
  • Fabricate and assemble tube components with bending, welding, flaring, flanging, expanding, and forming using materials like stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum
  • Design, build, and maintain custom fixtures, tooling, and jigs to boost machining efficiency
  • Innovate and optimize processes to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and meet deadlines
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure safe, efficient operation
  • Inspect parts with precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and welders to solve fabrication challenges
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following OSHA safety protocols
  • Document processes, track materials, and support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements - What You Need To Be A Successful CNC Machinist:
  • 5+ years CNC machining (aerospace or tube fab a plus)
  • Blueprint reading and metalworking skills
  • Strong problem solver with attention to detail
  • Ready to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible for overtime and shift changes
  • High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in machining, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with materials commonly used in aerospace, such as stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum.
