The Advance Group is currently seeking a 1st shift Fabricator for a Plastics facility located in Waterville, OH (14 miles from Toledo, 8 miles from Maumee, 20 miles from Oregon). The ideal candidate will possess previous manufacturing experience including ability to read tape measure and use hand tools.

Compensation for the Fabricator candidate:

• $17.50/hr + $100 weekly bonus (if you work 50 hours)
• Healthcare/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability availability is 60 days after hire
• Profit sharing
• $500 sign on bonus (after hire)
• 401k & matching availability is 90 days after hire

Hours for the Fabricator candidate:

• Hours are Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm, overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Requirements of the Fabricator candidate:

• Prior production experience.
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Experience with various hand tools to fabricate/cut/finish parts
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn and multitask
• Ability to complete production paperwork
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift

Responsibilities of the Fabricator position:

• Assemble parts
• Cut parts to size
• Finish/Fabricate parts
• Operate hand tools and power tools to grind or assemble parts
• Inspect and package finished products
• Utilize rulers and measuring tools to measure and inspect parts
• Complete production and shipping paperwork
• Minor welding if needed
